Affiliate lookups

Our website and ChatGPT tool receive the service names or domains you ask us to check. The tool does not request your name, email address, files, payment details, or conversation history. An account is required only when you choose to earn cashback. We process lookup inputs in memory and do not save them or create a buyer profile.

Service delivery

Our hosting provider, Hetzner, and network provider, Cloudflare, process network information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the service. Our application and this website’s origin access logs do not retain lookup requests. Provider security records are subject to their own retention policies. Our application is hosted in the European Union; network processing may occur in other countries.

Affiliate destinations

If you follow an affiliate link, the merchant or affiliate network may receive a referral identifier, your IP address, and browser information, and may use cookies under its own privacy policy. Ogmentive does not receive your ChatGPT conversation. Cashback links contain a random claim reference. We use it to connect a reported purchase to your account. It does not contain your name or email address. We may receive commission reports from our affiliate partners.

Cashback accounts and bank payouts

We store your email address, password hash, country, tracked visits, reward history and payout requests to provide cashback. A necessary signed session cookie keeps you signed in. If you request a bank payout, we store the account holder and transfer details you enter. Authorized staff use them to make your transfer through our bank. These details are not sent to ChatGPT or affiliate networks. We do not ask for bank passwords, PINs or card security codes.

We keep account and claim records while providing the service. You can request deletion at [email protected]. We retain transaction and payout records where needed to complete payments, resolve disputes or meet legal record-keeping duties. We use Hetzner for storage, Cloudflare for delivery, Awin for purchase attribution and our bank to pay rewards.

Support and retention

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to share. Support email is delivered through Google’s email service. We retain correspondence while handling your request and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law. Financial records are retained for the applicable statutory period.

Your choices and rights

You can use ordinary merchant links, stop using Ogmentive, or disconnect the plugin at any time. This website does not use advertising analytics. It uses a necessary session cookie when you sign in; merchant and network tracking is explained above. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, or object to its processing. Email us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including Spain’s AEPD.

Why we process data

We process lookup requests, accounts, cashback claims and payout details to provide the service you request, support messages to answer you, limited operational information for our legitimate interest in service security, and financial records to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
